Jeroboam Cup 2025: ABYS Yachting celebrates 40 years of Pershing

A fine victory in the JÉROBOAM CUP 2025 FOR ABYS YACHTING AT GOLF OLD COURSE

On Monday 30 June, the 7th edition of the Jeroboam Cup was held on the prestigious course of the Cannes Mandelieu Old Course. It was the perfect opportunity to celebrate 40 years of Pershing!

Organised by Maison Billecart-Salmon, in partnership with ABYS Yachting, this event dedicated to golf brought together a host of enthusiasts of all ages... On the programme: sport, gastronomy and team spirit.

A day of competition to celebrate 40 years of Pershing

At the start of this summer, ABYS Yachting joined forces with Billecart-Salmon to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Pershing, the iconic brand of the Ferretti Group for which it has been the Exclusive Importer in France for over 25 years. The Jéroboam Cup 2025 competition was an opportunity to bring together golf and yachting enthusiasts in the very special setting of the Old Course Golf Club in Mandelieu-La-Napoule.

The event was held in the presence of historic partners, in an elegant and convivial atmosphere. It marked the start of a series of festivities planned throughout the year to celebrate this historic anniversary.

The day began at 11am with the players warming up, before enjoying a gourmet brunch in the “La Grange” restaurant at midday. After the traditional briefing at 1 p.m., the 2-person scramble was launched, allowing each pair to demonstrate their strategy and cohesion throughout the course. 

The day ended in style with a cocktail reception and prize-giving ceremony at 6pm.

Two ABYS Yachting teams in the spotlight

We are proud to announce that Paul-Victor Sobral and Andrea Garozzo have won this 2025 edition, taking first place overall.

Second place also went to Victor Sobral's team and his playing partner, reflecting the great dynamic, team and family spirit that reigns at ABYS Yachting.
