Growth and success for the Ferretti Group in the 1ᵉʳ half-year to 2024

Ferretti Group, world leader in the luxury yacht sector, recently unveiled its financial results for the first half of 2024.

This half-year report, marked by stable growth and record margins, confirms the Group's winning strategy. With sustained demand on international markets and constant innovation, Ferretti Group is more than ever a benchmark player, combining tradition and modernity to meet the expectations of the most demanding customers.

Solid growth supported by an expanding international market

The first half of 2024 shows significant growth for Ferretti Group, with new yacht sales of €611 million, a notable 7.7% increase on 2023. This growth has been fuelled by strong demand, particularly in North America, with an impressive 28% increase.

Net profit rose by 7.6% to 44 million euros. These results underline not only the Group's sound financial health, but also its ability to adapt to the expectations of a demanding and fast-changing market.

Results driven by innovation and diversification

Ferretti Group continues to expand its range of top-of-the-range yachts, in particular with custom-built models and superyachts, two segments that are expected to grow strongly in 2024. Orders for custom-built yachts and superyachts rose by 6.4% and 84.2% respectively, reflecting a strong appetite for customisation and luxury on a grand scale.

With an order backlog of €1.5 billion, up 6% on 2023, Ferretti Group is continuing its ambitious trajectory. The EMEA and U.S. regions now represent strategic markets, supported by prestigious partnerships such as the one with Flexjet to offer exclusive solutions to ultra-fortunate customers.

With a presence in more than 70 countries, Ferretti Group has strengthened its international position as an essential leader in the yachting sector.

A forward-looking vision for Ferretti Group

Backed by major investments, including the expansion of its Ravenna production site, and initiatives such as the launch of a Master's program in marine engineering, Ferretti Group is laying the foundations for future growth.

This program, developed in partnership with the University of Bologna, aims to train specialized talent for the nautical sector, strengthening the future of the industry on the Adriatic coast.
