Abys Yachting presents the new Custom Line Navetta 30, launched last October by the Custom Line brand.

This sublime yacht is the result of an enriching collaboration between the architect Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, Filippo Salvetti, the product strategy department headed by Piero Ferrari, and the engineering department of the Ferretti Group.  These talented professionals have designed the Navetta 30 in the purest seafaring tradition, sublimated by a few contemporary touches.  

Design 

The exterior of the Navetta 30 is distinguished by its perfectly balanced classic silhouette. With a length of 28.43 meters and a width of 7.3 meters, it has a total area of 320 square meters spread over three decks and has five cabins with a capacity for 10 guests. 

This yacht has the peculiarity of mixing its interior and exterior spaces thanks to its rounded lines and curves, large open spaces, large side windows integrated into the hull, and high ceilings. At the main deck level, the terrace opens onto a large 34 m2 lounge with sophisticated furniture, custom-made for the Navetta 30. On the starboard side, there is the master cabin, an exclusive 35 m2 suite offering a magnificent view of the sea.

Going down to the lower deck, there are four other VIP cabins with a private bathroom for each, a crew area, the engine room, and at the stern, a garage that can hold a tender and a jet ski. 

The 37 m2 upper deck includes a large indoor and outdoor lounge and a large dining room. The side gangways lead to the 32 m2 foredeck, an oasis of tranquillity where a large sunbathing area and sun loungers are set out facing the sea. A place to relax in absolute privacy. A large spiral staircase connects the deck to the sunbathing area, which extends over 35 m2, with a relaxing lounge area, a bar, and the possibility of installing other amenities.
Every detail of the Custom Line Navetta 30 refers to the maritime tradition. Natural materials such as leather, solid wood, brushed teak, rope, ivory... blue/beige colours, and rounded lines typical of the boats of yesteryear. A romantic boat with authentic charm, elegant, contemporary style, revealing the art of cabinet making, to the delight of seasoned sailors. 

Technology

A new hull geometry has been specially developed and designed for the Navetta 30, to offer larger volumes, low fuel consumption, and very good sailing performance. Equipped with two MAN I6 CR 800 hp engines for the standard version, this yacht uses a rechargeable hybrid propulsion system, to allow the reduction of CO2 and NOX emissions. It can also be equipped with three other engine options including 2 MAN V8 1000 hp engines allowing a transatlantic range of around 2000 nautical miles for a cruising speed of 10 knots. 

Equipped with a new damping coupling on the propulsion line and evolution of the acoustic insulation, comfort at anchor and during navigation is exceptionally high for a unit of this size. But the biggest innovation of this 93-foot yacht is its fuel-saving capacity never before achieved for a yacht of this size! The low consumption during navigation is such that it is lower than units much smaller than the Navetta 30!
