FERRETTI YACHTS 580:
EVOLUTION OF TIMELESS MODEL

The Ferretti Group is about to officially launch its new project: the Ferretti Yachts 580. An emblematic yacht of modern luxury, which will enrich the brand's range of flybridges.

A flagship model that combines all the essential features to ensure comfort and well-being on board.

Ferretti Yachts 580: already a success

The Ferretti Yachts 580 combines the best of the luxury world. High standards of comfort and privacy are the philosophy of the brand, which focuses on well-being on board. With a length of over 18 metres and a 5-metre beam, this new yacht model is the evolution of one of the most popular models in the 50-60 foot category. A project that is already successful with 7 units sold to date, and confirms the classification of this type of boat as a timeless classic.

The launch of the first unit is scheduled for October 2022 and will make its official debut only in 2023, at the famous Düsseldorf Boat Show. The Ferretti Yachts 580 is characterised by the brand as: "The Fine Time Machine". A concept that emphasises friendship, sharing and returning to oneself, to travel in complete freedom, in a positive frame of mind... And a flybridge to enjoy!

The new project is the result of a partnership between the Product Strategy Committee, headed by Piero Ferrarri, and the Ferretti Group's engineering department. The exterior design is once again by Filippo Salvetti, now in his sixth design for the brand. The interior design is by Ideaitalia, which also continues its collaboration with Ferretti Yachts.

More customisation options

On board the new Ferretti Yachts 580, multiple customisation options are available, both on the lower and main decks.

The lower deck, which has 3 cabins, offers 2 configuration possibilities according to the needs of the future owner. Firstly, opposite the main cabin (in the centre of the boat), there is a fully customisable area. This can be used as an office or vanity area and can be converted into a third bathroom. Continuing on, there are two twin beds, which open onto two bathrooms and a double bed at the front.

On the main deck, the window at the stern of the boat has the advantage of being electrically operated, allowing the cockpit to be linked directly to the galley. When lowered, it reveals a spacious bar counter to further extend the conviviality areas... There is also a beautiful continuity between the interior and exterior, which is in keeping with the brand's "Just Like Home" concept.

A yacht with character incorporating new technologies

The interior design of the Ferretti Yachts 580 focuses on comfort, with the use of noble materials and the choice of a refined decoration. The future owner will be able to choose between two atmospheres. The first, classic, uses warm colours evoking the earth (with touches of green). The second, more contemporary, brings in touches of fresh, luminous tones, inspired by the sea. The whole, blending in perfect harmony in an inimitable Italian style.

In terms of exterior design, the new model has an attractive, strong personality. Its clean, sporty lines follow the codes introduced by Salvetti to represent movement. For this reason, a blade-like detail characterises the superstructure. He also explains that: "Large windows and ceiling heights of at least 2 metres provide excellent visibility, framing the sky and sea in a spectacular panorama".

The Ferretti Yachts 580 is equipped with two 900 HP VOLVO PENTA engines and can be equipped with two 1000 HP VOLVO PENTA engines as an option. It can also incorporate all the latest technologies found on the latest Ferretti Yachts models, such as the Humphree trimmer, the XENTA electro-hydraulic actuation system (standard), the manoeuvring joystick and the gyroscopic stabiliser (optional), in order to create the configuration that best meets the owner's navigation and mooring requirements

The Ferretti Yachts 580 combines comfort and elegance. Enjoy the highest quality of sailing in the utmost privacy, so that you can spend unforgettable moments with your friends and family. For more information, contact our team!
