Chartering a yacht with Abys Yachting means benefiting from the contracts issued by the MYBA Worldwide Association. An international professional organisation founded in 1984, whose aim is to respect the highest ethical and technical codes recognised by all professionals in the superyacht industry. All members are committed and encouraged to work in harmony with the aim of maintaining common values such as equality, diversity and environmental protection.

This makes MYBA the most respected and used contract creator in the industry. The MYBA Sales & Purchase Agreement (MoA) and the MYBA Charter Agreement are therefore official documents, regularly updated according to the regulations and the evolution of the global market. They govern the rules and obligations between the parties, such as what the charter rates paid by the charterer include.
